We have found that the supportive teamwork approach is the most effective and efficient way to manage disease, plan treatment and set realistic rehabilitation goals.

Cardiopulmonary Care Program

CareLink evaluates and treats patients diagnosed with various conditions of the heart and lungs, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, pneumonia, emphysema, asthma, Guillain-Barre syndrome, sleep disorders, cardiovascular disease and neuromuscular disease, as well as patients recovering from heart attacks or heart surgery.
