PT/PTA Positions - sign on bonus Full-time, part-time or per diem Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our multi-disciplinary team. Qualified candidates will be licensed in Michigan or license eligible. New graduates are welcome to apply. Previous acute care or rehab experience preferred. Wound care knowledge a plus. Clinical Nurse Liaison/Case Manager Full-time Clinical Nurse Liaison/Case Manager to join our team. This position is Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m-4:30 p.m. Essential qualities include positive, creative energy, effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment. Required qualifications include a current Michigan RN license, BSN degree or equivalent preferred, plus minimum of two years clinical and/or case management experience. Medical Records Coordinator Full-time Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. Required qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Medical Records Administration or its equivalent, plus RHIT, RHIA or CCS certification. Working knowledge of inpatient hospital coding and abstracting systems, DRG reimbursement, and state and Federal regulations regarding release of information and confidentiality. This position requires utilization of a variety of computer applications related to coding, along with strong communications and customer service skills. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
