Team Approach

CareLink provides the highest quality care and education necessary to improve the quality of life for our patients.

The patients we serve require careful monitoring by our physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists and rehabilitative therapists who all work together to provide exceptional care with compassion. We have found that the supportive teamwork approach is the most effective and efficient way to manage disease, plan treatment and set realistic rehabilitation goals.

Every CareLink patient is evaluated by the team so that we can customize a plan of care to meet his or her individual needs for the best overall outcome.
