Wound Care Program

CareLink treats patients with serious wounds due to medical conditions, injury or infections that include ulcers, degenerative nerve diseases, cellultis and osteomyelitis. We also care for patients with complications from cardiovascular procedures, amputation, abdominal surgery and skin grafts.

Many CareLink patients are treated not only for their primary wound but also for a secondary set of health issues, such as general weakness, infection or nutritional and metabolic problems.

Team Approach

CareLink provides physical and nursing care, rehabilitation and education - to improve the quality of life for wound patients.

The patients we serve require careful monitoring by our physicians, nurses, dieticians and rehabilitative therapists - who work together to provide exceptional care with compassion. We have found that the supportive team approach is the most effective and efficient way to ensure wound care excellence.

Every CareLink patient is evaluated by the team so that we are able to successfully customize a plan of care to meet his or her individual needs for the best overall outcome.
